Bring your card to the pharmacy
Show your AstraZeneca Authentics Prescription Savings Card to the pharmacy staff along with your prescription. The card will cover up to the cost difference between the AstraZeneca branded medication* and the generic alternative.
Refills: Ask for the AstraZeneca brand name medication
Remember to ask the pharmacy staff for the AstraZeneca branded medication you’ve been prescribed every time you go back for a refill. They may not have this noted on file, so be sure to ask!
- The AstraZeneca Authentics Prescription Savings Card can be used with your existing drug plan(s), or on its own.
- The card coordinates with private and public insurance plans, including those that only cover generic medications.

The AstraZeneca Authentics Program is designed to help you on your journey with the AstraZeneca branded medication you’ve been prescribed. By joining AstraZeneca Authentics, you will receive financial assistance for your medication* as well as other support along your treatment journey.

Depending on the benefit type and patient’s existing coverage, the card will pay all or some of the Manufacturer’s List Price (MLP), Usual & Customary (U&C) mark-up and/or dispensing fee. Some limitations exist for residents of Quebec. Please visit https://www.ramq.gouv.qc.ca for more information.
The prescription savings card is designed to provide the user with specific offerings. The user may still be responsible for additional costs not covered by their free prescription savings card. Availability varies by province and territory. Individual programs may change or end at the manufacturer’s discretion.
